Tridel's new 49-storey development at 300 Front Street West is set to take center stage in the downtown core.

Though there is not much of the property to be seen right now, cranes have already been erected and construction should pick up speed over the summer months.

300 Front Street West is expected to be completed in 2013, and will boast both condominium and loft-style residences and amenities, conveniently located within the Entertainment District with close proximity to the Rogers Centre, CN Tower and the Harbourfront.
