A new skyline is taking shape in Humber Bay as seen in this photo by Urban Toronto forum member JLankford. Taken from the east side of Grenadier Pond, it shows condos on the rise.

From left to right we see Pemberton Group's two tower Park Lake Residences, the two tower Palace Pier condos and the currently under-construction two tower NXT Condominiums by Cresford Developments.
