M5V Condominiums by TAS Design Build and Lifetime Developments is getting closer to completion at its King Street West address in Toronto's Entertainment District. The building, best known for its bright red mechanical box halfway up the west facade, is championed by those who want more colour in our rather gray city for its randomized tinted window panes on the north facade. Today we get a peek inside the development as work progresses.

This, of course, is the rendering of M5V that we are familiar with. We are looking forward to work being completed at the building, with interior walls painted white and lights turned on, to give us a better look at how the tinted window panes will look as part of the completed project.
