South Beach Condos and Lofts, the twin 27-storey tower complex by Amexon on Park Lawn Road in Etobicoke, has been sporting a topped-off west tower for a few months now. Since the topping-off, work has continued on the three-level garage that will underpin the second tower and the retail units which will line Park Lawn. The large property means the excavation is not as deep as most projects in the core.

Here's the big picture seen from the northeast. Architecture is by Arsenault Architect Inc.

Here's how the project should look when complete. The complex's theming, realized by design hotshots II By IV Associates, includes the Miami Beach Art Deco style retail and restaurant row that will line Park Lawn Road.
