The architectsAlliance-designed Four Seasons Hotel and Residences continues to grow taller at the corner of Bay and Yorkville in Toronto's uptown core. Recent photos of the Menkes and Lifetime Developments project reveal that it is currently on its 53rd floor, with only two more to add above.

While the shots above were taken from the top of the Imperial Plaza project on St. Clair, the ones below take us right to the site. Seen here, the courtyard still has no indication of the landscaping that will be in place when the buildings open in 2012.

This rendering shows a patterned paving stone auto court, with a rose-patterned shrub garden to the east, both designed by Claude Cormier Paysagistes. While no fountain is shown in the rendering, we are assured by Lifetime Developments that one is still planned for the auto court.
