It has been quite a while since UrbanToronto has trained our eye on Liberty Village, and it is high time that we covered a project that we have never featured before; that would be Liberty Market Lofts, a 12-storey Wallman Architects design, developed by BLVD and Lifetime Developments, and currently under construction to the south of the Liberty market building.

The building features mostly two-storey lofts with 17-foot high living room ceilings. The balconies in the rendering below occur on every second floor, to give you an idea on the scale.

Amenity spaces in the building are designed by Kelly Cray of Chapman Design.

But how does the meeting room look now? It, and the rest of the building, looks like this:

The crane is up, and UrbanToronto will keep its eye on the progress.
