I was on the way to work this morning when I saw the crane being installed at Trinity Lofts condos. Here's a short update. Trucks parked on Trinity Street waiting to unload.

One thing you can certainly say about this project is that it will be safe what with 51 Division being their neighbour. The site in a photo taken last Saturday from the 32nd floor of Pure Spirit Condos.

Here's what to expect.

The Streetcar Development and Dundee Realty developed condo has 83 units spread over 8 storeys. Designed by Giannone Petricone Associates, it is expected to be completed by the summer 2012.
