Today's Quick Pic by forum member Jasonzed shows work beginning at The Garrision at The Yards condos. The 12 storey building, which is to be located at Fort York Blvd. and Bathurst, will feature 248 units. Three future towers are planned with 1000 units in total planned.

Developed by Vancouver based The Onni Group, the building was designed by Wallman Architects. Interiors are by II By IV Design Assoicates with landscape by GH3.
