Today's Photo Of The Day is taken by Forum member drum118. It highlights the recently opened Bell Lightbox with the seemingly not yet finished Festival Tower. Bell Lightbox is the new headquarters for the Toronto International Film Festival. Festival Tower is a 42-storey condo tower that surprisingly isn't occupied yet. At least so it seems from the curtain-less windows.
