Coming to Yonge and Esplanade are the 57 storey L Tower along with the 36 storey Backstage Condos. Both are being developed by a partnership that consists of Castlepoint, Cityzen and Fernbrook Homes. Backstage, who's sales centre recently opened, will contain parking in its base that will provide on-site parking for both projects. The L-Tower, surgically being inserted next to the Sony Centre, has no parking within its walls. Here we see the site of both from high atop the CN Tower. L Tower has the two cranes while the staging area directly to the south is where Backstage will rise.
