The one that is currently making the biggest impact is the new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences. It's the one with the 3 cranes in the centre-right of the photo. Developed by Menkes and Lifetime Developments, these 52 and 25 storey towers were designed by architectsAlliance.

With at least 15 more floors to go it will set a new height record for the area although it won't hold the crown for long. The 70-storey One Bloor condos will soon make its presence felt: construction on Great Gulf Homes' One Bloor is set to start later this year.
