Scenic on Eglinton is Aspen Ridge Homes' successful mid-rise condominium project now breaking ground above the verdant Wilket Creek Valley between Laird and Leslie. Featuring the flowing lines of Page + Steele / IBI Group'sarchitecture, the buildings hug the ravine's contours. With only a few units remaining available in the first two phases, registrations are now being taken for the third tower, the tallest of the group, at the east end of the site.

Scenic is one of the more aptly named condominium projects in Toronto; situated on the edge of vast acres of picturesque valley parkland, within walking distance are parkland trails that will soon take you to Edwards Gardens and Sunnybrook Park. Residents will also be close to Leaside's charming Bayview Avenue shopping strip. Scenic is also right on the route of the new Eglinton LRT line, and is a short drive to the Don Valley Parkway. Interiors by Mike Niven Interior Design include a lobby with a glassed-in landscape feature, plus a family activity room, a game room, and a saltwater plunge pool with an arched waterfall. Suites will feature 9-foot ceilings, balconies (as per plan), and floor-to-ceiling windows facing the valley below in most units. Celebrating both the start of construction on the first two phases, and the release of the third phase, with binoculars in hand are, left to right, Andrew DeGasperis, Christene DeGasperis, Jason Attard and Darius Rybak of Aspen Ridge Homes with Omar Da Barp of Page + Steele Architects.
