Demolition work continues at the location of what will soon be The Address At High Park Condos. Developed by Chestnut Hill Homes, this 12 storey building will rise at the corner of Bloor West and Indian Road (1638-1644 Bloor West). The condo was designed by Quadrangle Architects with interior work done by Andrea Kantelberg Design. This is a good looking building that will do much for the surrounding area as this picture certainly shows. Good to see some intensification along this Bloor Subway line as well (the site is a close walk from both Dundas West and Keele stations).
