The first of two towers at South Beach Condos and Lofts, on Park Lawn Road in Etobicoke's Humber Bay Shores area, is close to hitting its 29th and top storey. The complex by Amexon Development Group and Arsenault Architects combines twin condominium towers with a retail strip along Park Lawn which invokes South Beach's Art Deco architecture. While the second crane has been erected, the west tower remains South Beach's only mark on the skyline for the time being. Current views follow.
