Festival Tower, the 42 storey condo that sits on top of TIFF's new Bell Lightbox headquarters, has finally turned on the lights. The lights being the lantern at the top of the building. Good timing for the lights considering TIFF starts today and the Bell Lightbox happens to be the film festival's ground zero. The photos were not taken at night so we'll reserve judgement until we see them properly. The Daniels' developed project was designed by KPMB.
