Pierre Pousin's Mitosis design for Panorama's forecourt is closer to completion. The funky columns of light and two tone blue paint scheme is unique in Toronto, but then so is the approach to this condominium, which makes the best of a strip of land between Lake Shore Boulevard and the Gardiner Expressway, one that few would have considered developable scant years ago. Concord Adex's purchase of this land to add to its CityPlace development has been made a success by Quadrangle's imaginative plan.
