Cladding is starting to go up on the M5V Condominiums now rising on the south side of King just west of Blue Jays Way. Developed by Lifetime Developments in tandem with TAS DesignBuild, the 34 storey building was designed by Core Architects. Looking at the glass you may miss the fact that there is both red (lower left) and blue (lower right) glass included.
Yet the renders show vibrant colours. We're wondering why this is. We'll drop the developers a line to see what the deal is.
