Here's an update from Tridel's James Cooper Mansion project. Located on Sherbourne just south of Bloor, this 32 storey building was designed by Burka Architects alongside Goldsmith Borgal, who were brought in to help with the relocation and restoration of the 1881 built mansion. The mansion originally sat where the new tower is now rising.

This is what the 32 storey building should look like when completed. You can see the mansion to the right of the tower.
