Corus Quay, the new office building being built on the east waterfront, is nearing completion. The seven storey building was designed by Diamond and Schmitt Architects, and as the name suggests, will be the new home of Corus Entertainment. Meanwhile in the foreground we have the beginnings of Market Wharf. This building, developed by Context Developments and designed by aA, will ultimately rise 32 storeys.
