Official Renderings For One Bloor Condos Released By Great Gulf Homes

The official renderings for the new One Bloor East have been released.

The 65 storey condo that will sit on the southeast corner of Yonge and Bloor was designed by Hariri Pontarini for developer Great Gulf. Our initial reaction is disappointment. Perhaps the hype was too much but we're not liking it as much as some of the previous attempts for this corner. We'll give it some time to sink in. What do you think?
