Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) continues to hit home runs when it come to the design of their buildings. Last week we took a look at 60 Richmond E  which was designed by Teeple Architects. Today we look at 288 King E/501 Adelaide E. Designed by architectsAlliance, this block spanning project just opened a few months back. The Adelaide address is the entrance for the housing while the King side is occupied by a massive retail space that is currently empty.
