We all know that times have been tough over the last few years. Even the red hot Toronto condo market took a hit as projects got cancelled or were put on hold. One such project was Success II or 33 Bay Street, a condo developed by Vancouver based Pinnacle International.

Located at 33 Bay Street, it was the fourth tower planned for the block bound by Bay, Lakeshore, Yonge and Harbour Street. What was to be a 46-storey tower only made it to the second level when construction was halted due to the economic downturn. Now things seem to be turning around as this picture from urbandreamer shows — the crane is back which means construction has restarted.
