Today we take a look at Bloor Street Neighbourhood (BSN). Located at 38 Charles St E it rises 32 storeys. Developed by Cresford, and designed by Northgrave Architecture, it is now close to completion.

This condo is getting a pretty mixed reaction on the forum. The covered access from Charles to Hayden is a plus as is the added density to the area. On the other hand many are coming down on the design, particularly when you compare it to the new all glass Casa Condo, also by Cresford, across the street. We have a mixed view on the building - the tower is cool but what's up with the cladding on the base? Just nasty. Thanks to forum member dt_toronto_geek for this recent photo update.
