The Rent-To-Own Program at NY2 has been designed to make purchasing as easy as 1, 2, 3. Here's how it works:
1) Choose a one bedroom, one bedroom plus den or a two-bedroom suite, sign an Agreement of Purchase and Sale and move into your new home starting as early as summer 2014.
2) While you are living in your new home, a portion of your monthly payment will be credited towards your down payment. The total amount accumulated will then be applied towards your 5% down payment.
3) After one year, all you will have to do is top off your 5% down payment for your closing… It's that easy!
